The Lipstick Cooling Machine is a specialized cooling equipment designed for cosmetics manufacturers. It is used to quickly cool and solidify high-temperature liquid lipstick after filling and molding.

The Lipstick Cooling Machine is equipped with a refrigeration compressor that complies with ISO 5151 standards. It works alongside a dual cooling system-water and air cooling-to lower the temperature of lipsticks from 70°C to 25°C within 30 minutes, improving cooling efficiency by approximately 35%.

Precise Temperature Control
This product features an industrial-grade PLC controller paired with a high-sensitivity thermocouple sensor to create a stable and efficient temperature control system. It can maintain the temperature difference on the cooling plate surface within ±1°C.

Even Cooling
The cooling plate of the machine is designed with a built-in gas cooling coil and a high thermal conductivity aluminum carbide coating (thermal conductivity around 230 W/m·K). Combined with a dual-fan convection system, this ensures the cooling temperature is evenly distributed across the entire mold area, effectively preventing surface bubbles and uneven shrinkage of the lipstick.
